He was predeceased by: his father Frank; and his sister Gloria Fair. He is survived by: his children, David K. Slaugenhoup Jr. (Laura) of Butler, Emily Slaugenhoup (William Rodgers) of Chicora, Holly Jordan (Chris) of Ohio, Kim Tichansky (Ted) of Chicora, Wendy Dillaman of South Carolina and Jessica Dellen (Mike) of Punxsutawney. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
