He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen Bartley; his wife Merry Gene Neely; his sons, Robert Bartley (Charlene) of Parker and Randy Bartley (Linda) of Emlenton; his grandchildren, Shannon Sasala (Kyle), Matthew Bartley (Kelly) and Ryan Bartley; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Clara Sasala, Grady and Hallie Bartley.
