He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Best, Sr. and Francine "Franny" Ryan Best; and his brother George Best. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Best of Parker, Autumn Adams (Chris) of Parker and Jeremy Best of Clarion; his grandchildren, Maliya Adams of Parker and Hunter Best of Clarion; the mother of his children Linda Best of Harrisville; and his brother Dale Best (Deb) of Rimersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
