With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Weir (Paradise, Pennsylvania), born in Gap, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Slaymaker Weir; his parents, Clarence Weir and Terressa Hershey Weir; his stepgrandson Aaron Moon; and his siblings, Myrtle Wenger, Malvin, Harold and Clair Weir.
He is survived by: his children, Larry E. (Christine L. Kreider), Loretta J. Weir of Gordonville, Nancy E. Henry of Lititz, Susan D. (Kenneth L. Moon, Jr.) of Fredonia, PA and Michael Weir of New Providence. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 12 step great grandchildren, 2 step great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Limeville Church.
