He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Charles Eshbach and Verna Eshbach (Keagy); and his siblings, Verna Eshbach, Larry Eshbach and John Robert Eshbach.

He is survived by: his brothers, Jay Eshbach (Mary Lou) of Ronks and Dale Eshbach (Kathleen) of Ronks; his nephews, David Eshbach, Gregory Eshbach, Dale Eshbach Jr. and Bryan Eshbach; and his niece Meredith Eshbach Turnowchyk.
