He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Keay and Nora Keay (Roach); his wife Lillian M Keay August (Urban); and his siblings, Margaret Smith, Lavern Smith and Kenneth Keay.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Carrabbia (Raymond) of McKees Rocks, Joseph and Carrie (Keay) of Godfrey, IL.; his stepsons, Dale Rees (Sharon) of Talcoma, WA., Scott Rees of Scranton, Thomas "Timmy" Rees (Char) of Oakmont, William Rees (Jance) of Mars and Donald Kreisberg (Mary) of Cranberry; and his sibling Shirley Ferida of Brentwood. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
