He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Sr. Zepp and Glenna Baker Zepp; and his siblings, Harold "Smoke" Zepp, Wayne Curtis Zepp and Joan Ann Zepp Myers.
He is survived by: his spouse Tana Thomas Zepp; his children, Anastasia Zepp Perez of New Providence and Richard Joseph "Spike" Zepp (Becky) of Willow Street; his stepchildren, Anthony Connor (Danyale) of Ephrata and Darian Gill (Courtney) of Gap; his grandchildren, Kayla Baker (Tim), Justin Perez, Brandy Perez (Jamie), Kyle Zepp and Courtney Zepp; his stepgrandchildren, Bradley Connor, Avery Connor, Adriana Gill, Skyleigh Gill and Liam Gill; and his great grandchildren, Madison Baker, Ashton Steele and Lincoln Baker.
