He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rineer (Appel); his children, Jason Rineer and Marie O'Connell; his grandchildren, Emily, Kiara and Hannah Rineer; his children, Addalynn and Raelynn O'Connell; and his brother Ronald Rineer.
