He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Steinmetz and Mildred Cox Steinmetz; and his granddaughter Marina A. Smoker. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne H. LeFevre Steinmetz; and his children, Deborah E. (J. Vernon Smoker) of Gap, Judith L. (G. Edward Minder, III) of Lancaster and Donald S. (Audrey Martin Steinmetz) of Lancaster.
