Starner of Paradise, Pennsylvania, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Starner and Violet Starner (Kellow); and her siblings, Jim Starner, Dale Starner and Loretta Starner.
She is survived by: her children, Corey Burd (Kimberly Werner) of Effort and Debra Morgan (Julio Martinez); her sisters, Rita Gallagher of Tannersville and Pattie Starner of Easton; and her grandchildren, Elyssa, Alexandra, Paul, Aidden and Kiersten.
