He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Concepcion "Conchita" Puyans; his parents, Tomas Puyans and Concepcion Puyans; his sisters, Emy and Mimi; his children, Emelinda "Emy" O'Connell (Jerry), Concepcion "Conchi" Mulvany (Chip), Tomas Puyans (Patti) and Catalina "Katrine" Wagner (Tim); his grandchildren, Matthew O'Connell (Ania), Michael O'Connell, Maggie O'Connell, Meghan Mulvany, Chipper Mulvany, Tommy Puyans, Tony Puyans, Brian Wagner and Scott Wagner; and his great grandchild Natalie O'Connell.

Memorial services for Tommy are being planned for May 2022 due to current Covid concerns.

Donations in Tommy's memory may be made to the Valley Forge Military Academy Foundation.
