She is survived by: her children, Catherine A. Kolongowski, Thomas E. Kolongowski, Jr., Mary "Lisa" E. Pacheco (Alfredo "Freddy"), Ann Marie DiAddezio (Matthew L.) and Marcia "Marcy" A. Kolongowski (Marty Hayden); her grandchildren, Thomas, Lauren, Matthew, Christine, Sarah, Alfredo Jr. and Yajaida; and her siblings, Jane Etter, Richard Leonard and Ellen Baker.
