He was predeceased by: his close friend Sally Bernardine; his parents, Arthur Shingle and Hazel Shingle (Frybarger); and his sister Janice Muller. He is survived by: his children, Brian Shingle (Jean) of Coatesville, PA, Jeffery Shingle of Bronx, NY and Lesley Rowland (John) of Malvern, PA; his grandchildren, Erik Shingle and Emily Shingle; his brother Larry Shingle (Carolyn); and his former wife Eileen Proietto.
