He is survived by: his parent Linda Donnert Czerpak of Erie; his children, Monica Czerpak Weaver (James) of Beaver, Lawrence Czerpak of Arlington, James Czerpak (Emily) of Erie and Andrew Czerpak of Manhattan, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Lola Weaver, Vincent Czerpak, Claire Weaver, Dominica Czerpak and Charlie Weaver.
