She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Miller and Ethel Miller; her husband David S. Hammond; and her son John Hammond. She is survived by: her former spouse Encounter; her children, Katherine Holtz (John) of Pittsburgh, Lucinda Marturano (Thomas) of Malvern, Mark Hammond and Madeline Hammond of St. Davids; her siblings, Donald H. Miller (Claire) of Bethlehem, Ethel Boylan (James) of Harrisburg and Matthew Miller (Maryann) of Burlington, Vt.; her parents-in-law, Josh Hammond (Lynn McCormick) of Charlestown, S. C., Paul Hammond (Grace) of Whiteland and Ind; her grandchildren, Eric Marturano (Erin), Bridget Yoder (Brendon), Oscar, Finn Spiers, Jim Marturano and Zen Hammond; and her great grandchild Marco Marturano. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and their children.
