He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Harrigan Coulter (Suzie); his parents, Herbert and Virginia Coulter, Jr.; his mother-in-law Catherine Z. Harrigan; his siblings-in-law, Catherine G. Harrigan, Richard (Gail Harrigan) and Michael Harrigan; and his nieces and nephews, Paul Harrigan, Cheryl Shumpert, Patrick Harrigan, Bridget Prendergast, Randall Harrigan and Roo Harrigan.
