He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kane and Ethel Kane; his sister Kathleen Kane Leach; and his brother-in-law Dominick Chiarieri. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin of Virginia Beach, Patrick (Shannon) of Virginia Beach, Terrence (Megan) of Selby Township and Kenny (Rachel) of Rockville; his grandchildren, Spencer, Naya Harmony and Kaassandra Yuna; his siblings, Carolyn Kane Chiarieri, Victoria Kane Sussman (John) and Jeffrey Kane; his brother-in-law Lanse (Ed's); and his fiancée Jane Stasen.
The family has requested donations be sent to St. Benedict's Advancement Office, 520 MLK Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102.
