He was predeceased by: his parent William Nicholas; and his sibling Joseph Hart. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Nicholas; his spouse Bernadette M. Nicholas; his children, Katharine P. McGlade (Thomas), Brendan F. Nicholas (Priscila), Jeffrey R. Nicholas (Bonnie) and Elizabeth A. Rubino (Geoffrey); his grandchildren, Marley Dylan, Finnigan, Graysen, Molly, Parker and Heidi Sinatra; and his siblings, William Nicholas (Agnes), Thomas Nicholas (Patricia) and James Nicholas (Dorothy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
