She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas and Dorothy Louise Moynahan; and her son Kevin Collins. She is survived by: her husband John J. Collins; her children, John "Jack" Collins, III (AnneMarie), Brian Collins (Morgan T.) and Elizabeth Collins; her grandchildren, Casey, Brendan, Caden, Brian, John and Ryan; and her siblings, Barbara M. Failing, Edward Moynahan and Stephen Moynahan.
