He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin B. Lewis and Ethel Light Lewis; and his brothers, Alvin B. Lewis, Jr. and Klick Lewis Chevrolet Buick. He is survived by: his close friend Margaret "Penny" Lewis; his sons, Warren, Jr. (Terry) of Savannah, Gregory (Theresa) of Palmyra and Douglas (Tina) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Patrick (Molly) of Hershey, Nicholas (Theresa Simaska) of Lebanon, Tyler (Julia Pierce) of Philadelphia, Hannah Lambrou (Peter) of Savannah, Dillon of Washington, D. C. and Michael of Palmyra; his sister Elizabeth Levengood of Annville; his friend George Klick; and his wife Penny. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
