It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vladimir Alexander Safronov of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Menser and Helen Menser (Victor); his half-brother Ryslan Safronov; his stepsiblings, Jessica Derendinger, Brian Menser and Eric Menser; his uncle Wasia Tyrkalov (Helen); his grandmother Larisa Tyrkalova; and his cousins, Arina and Wanya Tyrkalov.
