She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fleming and Anna Fleming; her husband Kenneth M. Smith, Sr.; and her son John C. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth M. Smith, Jr. (Jaimi) and Cody A. Smith (Patti); and her daughter-in-law Crystal Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
