She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Skelton and Verna Hoffman Skelton; her husband Joseph W. Shuttlesworth, Sr.; and her sister Anna W. Allen. She is survived by: her children, Penny J. Bush (Terry), Amy L. Shuttlesworth (Walter Yuslum), Joseph W. Shuttlesworth Jr. (Judy) of Williamstown, Michael H. Shuttlesworth (Karen) of Williamstown, Thomas A. Shuttlesworth (Patricia) of Williamstown and Brent J. Shuttlesworth (Jill) of Williamstown. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
