Warren (Dianna) of Killeen, Texas; her grandson Brian III; her husband Brian K. Simmons of York, Pennsylvania.; her children, Imani N. Simmons and Brian K. Simmons II of Palmyra, Pennsylvania; her sister Danielle Folks of Hershey, Pennsylvania; her stepsister Lisa Warren of Killeen, Texas; her friend Markeia Gordon of Steelton, Pennsylvania; and her nephew Jaidyn Folks. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot social distancing for all attendees.
