He was predeceased by: his wife Dixie L. Martz; his parents, William Martz and Emma Martz (Tressler); and his siblings, Jennie Wagman and Wilson Martz.
He is survived by: his children, Steven R. Martz (Melissa) of Danville and Amy S. Kinney (Mark) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Evan Martz, Owen Martz and Natalie Wiest; and his sister Shirley Wallick of Red Lion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
