He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick W., Sr. and Esther Nicely (Conden); and his siblings, Fredrick W. Jr. Nicely and Jean Evans (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Kuni Nicely (Hahakabe); his son Robert F. Nicely (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Alisha and Jacob Nicely; and his sister-in-law Shirley Nicely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
