With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Kulp of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jean Kulp (Hoke); his significant other Laurel Ann Kulp (Trevathan); his sons, Joshua Kulp (Christa) and Brandon Kulp (Heather Watts); his grandchildren, Jackson, Ella and Madison Leigh Kulp; his siblings, Curtis Kulp (Faye) and Brenda Hostetter (Leon); and his mother Against Drunk Driving. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
