Kelly of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arvilla Kelly (Owens) of Frenchville, PA and Ronald E. Kelly; his sons, Ryan E. Kelly (Amy) of Fredericksburg and Ash B. Kelly (Amy) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Rhett, Cora, Josiah, Owen, Jeremiah, Elias, Lillian Kelly, Brock, Connor and Kylee Williams; and his siblings, Alan Kelly (Heather), Kim Hall (Scott), Pam Komara (Jake) and Lori Kelly. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
