She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles, Sr. Newhouse and Luella Newhouse (Kemerer); and her husband Kenneth E. Gerber, Sr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Lou Filson, Virginia Toomey and Lucy Russ; her sons, Kenneth E. Gerber, Jr. (Colleen) and Gregory A. Gerber (Cathy); her brothers, Charles Newhouse and Larry Newhouse (Wanda); her grandchildren, Brianna Gerber, Brandon Gerber and Tiffany Gerber; and her stepgranddaughters, Theresa Burnham-Knight and Jacqueline Burnham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
