He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Starvetsky and Anna Starvetsky (Lysak); and his siblings, Joseph, Leo, Daniel, Isabelle Starvetsky and Olga Lingle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon A. Starr of Palmyra and Diane K. Balthaser of Palmyra; his grandsons, Bryan Weaber and Erik Balthaser (Kaitlyn Eisenhour); and his great grandchildren, Daulton and Travis Weaber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
