He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Shaak and Anna Shaak (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Denise J. Weaver of Myerstown and Dennis M. Shaak (Martha J.) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Rachel E. Shaak of Honolulu, HI, Tara L. Hoy of Myerstown and Thomas L. Hoy of Chambersburg; and his great grandchildren, Joshua and Sadie Leong.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 13 Church Rd, Newmanstown, PA 17073.
