She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Jefferies and Jennie Jefferies (Schaffner); her former husband Floyd Knight; her husband Rev. Ray Kurtz; and her siblings, Howard J. Jefferies, James E. Jefferies and Verna Jefferies-Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine C. Brandt, Sandra L. Unger (James R.) and Floyd R. Knight (Jerrie M.); her grandchildren, Brenda Startoni (Marc), David Brandt (Lynn), Tiffany Behney (Chris), Matthew Unger, Mandy Taylor, Marc Unger, Heather Knight, Erica Knight and Laura Zerphey; her great grandchildren, Malcolm Smith, Logan Startoni, Austin Startoni (Kayla), Keaton Startoni, Jacob Brandt, Joshua Brandt, Ella Brandt, Nicholas Behney, Kirsten Behney, Korinn Behney, Brittany Burns (Jordan), Brayden Unger, Darin Unger, Alexis Unger, Halayna Unger, Kevin Schneck, Sierra Schneck, Kaine Morris, Makenzie Knight, Marissa Vasquez, Jadin Zerphey and Parker Zerphey; and her great great grandchildren, Javion Mitchell and Cohen Startoni.
