She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Earl Spitler and Josephine Mary Elizabeth Spitler (Neidich); and her siblings, Richard Spitler, Carl Spitler, Dallas Spitler, Evelyn King, Gladys Lingle and Elesta "Toots" Walborn.
She is survived by: her husband David S. Forry; her daughter Angela D. Crawford (Sam) of Huntersville; her stepdaughter Carrie E. Roush of Savannah, Georgia; her sisters, Bonnie Brajkovich and Joyce Kuhn; and her grandchildren, Colin, Alexa, Caroline, Wyatt, Trista and Nicholas. She is also survived by her husband, daughter and grandchildren.
