It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Lonie of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew A. Fitz and Sarah V. Fitz (Renkin); and her sister Margaret L. Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Lonie (Rowena) of Blue Ball, Linda Poltonavage (Michael) of Palmyra and Christopher Lonie (Kimberli) of Harrisburg; and her sister Audrey Mauro of Murrysville, PA.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
