She is survived by: her children, Frederick Franklin Wise, Jr. of Houston, Michael Wayne Wise of Annville and Karen Lynne Staley of Hummelstown; her siblings, Boyd L. Belcher, Robert G. Belcher and Dorothy F. Reeves; her grandchildren, John L. Painter, Sarah A. Wise and Matthew A. Wise; and her great grandchildren, Toby A. Wise, Tanner M. Wise and Trace A. Licht.
