She was predeceased by: her husband William Young; her parents, Nicholas Modica and Bertha Mae Modis Rummell (Nyman); and her siblings, John, James (Andrew Modis), Albert, Kelsie (Robert Rummell), Violet Marie Caldwalder (Modis), Bertha Regula Cole (Modis), MArgaret Hamula (Modis) and Elsie Troup (Rummell).

She is survived by: her children, Donna Benko Koval (Richard), Floyd Alber Benko, Jr. (Ann) and Myra Benko Hoffer (Frederick); her grandchildren, Sara Koval Hayes (Chris), Justin Koval (Laura), Sean Frederick, Katie Frederick, Ethan Koval and Zane Frederick; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Julia, Emeila Hayes, Mason and Logan Koval; her sister Anna; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Benko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
