She was predeceased by: her father Mervin C. Balsbaugh; her husband Wallace E. Borden; her daughter Judy Chaundy; and her brother Jay Balsbaugh. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Fernsler (Dean); her grandchildren, Meghan Johnson (Benjamin) and Jeremy Fernsler (Marianne); her great grandchildren, Madelaine, Margaret, Meredith Johnson, Lida and Roger Fernsler; and her son-in-law Robert Chaundy.
