She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gipe and Lula Gipe (Forester); and her husband James L. Spurlock. She is survived by: her children, James Spurlock (Vicki) and Candy J. Yovicich; her grandchildren, Samantha Lynn, Robin Elizabeth and Mary Kathryn; and her great grandchild Kristen Mae Neal.
