With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leigh Anne Foreman McGonigal of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, William Foreman and Judith Shoemaker Foreman of Hanover; her son Zachary; her sister Denise; her brother-in-law Bradley Geiman of Hanover; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Cindy Foreman of New Hope, PA; her niece Emma; and her nephews, Nate Geiman, Kenny and Charlie Foreman.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are encouraged to wear masks and socially distance themselves.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Johns Hopkins Oncology Center, Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, 1650 Orleans Street, Baltimore, MD 21231 or to the Institute for Cancer Care at Mercy, Mercy Medical Center, 227 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202.

She was so courageous and positive through her affliction, yet grateful to her God, family, friends, and medical team who saw her through her most difficult days. She will be mostly remembered for her loving spirit, sense of humor, and her fun unpredictability. My life was truly enriched because she was "my friend." So dearly loved. So sadly missed.
