He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Lentz and Kathryn Lentz (Miller); his wife Helen A. Lentz; his daughter Jennifer Lentz; and his great grandchild Aerolynn Lentz.
He is survived by: his son Michael Lentz (Sherry); his grandchildren, Brett Lentz and Jennifer Swoyer; and his great grandchildren, Josh, Eli Wenger, Damion, Tannis and Lorelei Lentz.
