She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Weaver and Mary Weaver (Lehr). She is survived by: her husband Terry D. Phillips; her children, Tricia Geib (Casey), Emily Willhide (Michael), Eric Phillips (Lauren) and Rachael Kraft (Dennis); her grandchildren, Ella Geib, Kate, Aidan, Luke and Ben Willhide; and her siblings, Linda Abel, Richard and Dwayne Weaver.
