She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Williams, Sr. and Fern A. Fisher Williams; and her husband Steven L. Hess, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Steven L. Hess, Jr. (Katie) of Palmyra and Jessica R. Seibert (Richard) of Florida; her grandchildren, Noelani B. Hess, Kennyn O. Hess, BreeAhna M. Swade (Alex) and Sydney M. Seibert; and her brothers, Kenneth R. Williams, Jr. of Smyrna and Kevin R. Williams (Christa) of Myerstown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chiques Church (4045 Sunnyside Rd, Manheim, PA 17545). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
