She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll William and Mildred Nye (Souders); her husband Edward J. Mintz; her sons, Edward Joseph Mintz, III and William Edward Mintz; and her siblings, Carroll William Nye, Michael Nye, Nancy Stump and Marilyn Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth A. Mintz (Julia) of Palmyra and Melissa D. Belt (Michael) of Alaska; her siblings, Janet Cassel (Warren), Richard Nye (Josie), James Nye (Rhoda), Edward Nye, Robert Nye (Marilyn) and Pattie Aument; her grandchildren, Brandon W. Love, Maria D. Spencer, Kayla A. Mintz, Mackenzie A. White, Mallorie J. Kelly, Madison P. Diehl and Mollie C. Belt; and her great grandchildren, Lydia Spencer, William Chuss and Atlas Diehl.
