He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Russell and Eileen Russell (Potter). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Kingston and Paul Potter; his wife Barbara E. Russell (Smith); his daughter Tracey J. Russell; his grandchildren, Ashley E. Muldoon and Zachary W. Depew; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Kayleigh Zipp.
