He is survived by: his children, Lorriann Bell (Amy Ionoff) of Seffner, FL, Scott M. Bell (Chris Lezzi) of Chesapeake, VA, Amber Neidlinger (Mark) of Harrisburg and Patrick Fitzgibbons (Amy) of Annville; his grandchildren, Dylen, Kaleb, Kylee and Trent; and his siblings, Helen L. Fogleman (late Sterril), Paul E. Bell (Janis), Pauline M. Meals (William), George R. Bell, Georgene R. Whalen (Lawrence), Betty Sue Meyer (Steven), Deborah Lou Bell and Joann M. Taylor (Joseph).
