She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Trumpeter and Jennie V. Trumpeter (Reddinger); her husband Howard J. "Sonny" Geiger, Jr.; and her siblings, Ronald Sheffy and Marilyn "Jull" Halsell.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris B. (Annemarie Geiger) of Plano, Douglas S. (Linda M. Geiger) of Palmyra and Dale R. Geiger (John W. Bane) of Sanford; and her siblings, Richard Trumpeter and Patricia Parker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
