He was predeceased by: his father Ernest White. He is survived by: his mother Emogene White (Westfall); his nieces and nephews, Cassey Clingan (Chris), Holly Bentley (Chris), Kendra Nichols (Jim), Lauren White, Dawn Carver, Brittney Barrett, Brett White and Dean McAteer; his great-niece Lilliana Puentes; and his great-nephews, Kingston Clingan, Haden Mitchell and Damon White.
