He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hostetter and Margaret Hostetter (Maulfair); and his brothers, Jerry Maulfair and Kenneth Hostetter. He is survived by: his siblings, Arlene Wise, Leon Hostetter (Brenda), Glenn Hostetter (Dawn), Steve Hostetter and Brian Hostetter (Sharon); his children, Kevin Hostetter (Jody), Jeffrey L. Hostetter, Jr. and Jessica Zimmerman (Matthew); and also, Patricia Marks (Harry), Nancy Gingrich and Sandra Coakley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
