It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Summers Bower (Palmyra, Pennsylvania), born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Dwight and Mildred H. Bower (Summers). He is survived by: his wife Charleen A. Bower (Lowe); his children, Andrew Dewey Bower of James Douglas and Heidi Lynn Afton (David); his sisters, Judith A. Brooks and Marilynn S. James (Philip); and his grandchildren, Brynn E. Afton, Emma S. Afton, Aubree B. Afton and Bridger G. Afton.
