He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Keiner and Elsie Keiner (Rinehimer). He is survived by: his wife Carol B. Keiner (Jones); his children, Kandie Keiner, Jason Keiner (Tara) and Jeffrey Keiner (Nicole); and his sisters, Patricia Nickett (George) and Debra Kernag (Robert). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
